The olive harvest is one of the most important events in Palestine. Families flock to their orchard and pick olives all day long. Sometimes they are joined by volunteers from abroad: These two are sorting through freshly harvested olives. However, Israeli export restrictions make it very difficult for local farmers to sell their Olive Oil abroad.
